Learning from our patients’ experience

Learning from our patients’ experience

We always want to improve the care we give so that we can provide an even higher level of service to our next patients.

The most important thing we can do is listen to our patients and learn from their experiences.

At every Board of Directors meeting we hear from one of our patients about the care they received, how they were treated and what improvements they would make.

Below you can hear directly from our patients or their loved ones and their experiences.
